BOTTLEMASTER
The Bottlemaster is basically a larger version of the Bottlenecker. It is compact in size and can reduce the ratio of glass by 5:1. It is simple to operate and when the system is in crushing mode, it is completely safe in it’s operation.There is no need for segregation of colours, which means less time time separating bottles.
The Bottlemaster glass crusher crushes the glass into a robust 270 ltr heavy-duty steel wheelie bin, which is located underneath the crusher and is safely interlocked with the actual operation of the system.
Once the wheelie bin is removed from underneath, it will automatically cut out, thus rendering the machine safe. Once the glass has been crushed it is held within the confines of the steel wheelie bin, which can be lifted by the specially designed wheelie bin lift used by your licensed contractor.
